Welcome to SolefulYin — a calm, nurturing space created for real-life adults navigating the physical, mental, and emotional changes that come after 40.

I’m Kimberley, a Yin Yoga mentor, Reflexology therapist, and nervous system support guide with a mission to help people feel flexible, calm, and deeply supported — without overwhelming their time, energy, or bank account.

My Purpose — Well-Being Made Simple, Sustainable & Soleful

My approach blends Yin Yoga, breath work, Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian wisdom, meditation, mindset, and Reflexology to help busy adults reconnect with their bodies, balance their energy, and feel grounded again.

My goal is simple:

To make well-being feel effortless — not another task on your to-do list.

For over 25 years, I’ve been teaching Yin Yoga because I’ve seen the way it transforms people.

For 16 years, I’ve also run a successful Reflexology therapy practice in Kanata.

Reflexology brings:
