Ingredients:
- 2 chicken (organic, pasture raised/grass fed) bones.
- 2 carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 1-2 onions
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- A large handful of rosemary, thyme or oregano + 6-8 black peppercorns
- 2 thumb sized knobs of fresh ginger
- Cold water
Directions:
Add everything to a large stock pot, cover with water & cover with a lid.
Bring to a really gentle simmer & cook for 4 hours for chicken.
Strain and put into mason jars.
Refrigerate and consume within 5 days. Best drank on an empty stomach for greatest benefits.
