What happens after my free trial ends?

After your 7-day free trial ends, your card will automatically be charged $34.99, and your monthly unlimited access Plan will begin. If you cancel your unlimited access plan before your 7-day free trial ends, you will not get charged and you will lose access to the platform after your 7-day free trial period.

How do I switch to a different plan?

If you’d like to switch from monthly to yearly All Access & save, please email hello@solefulyin.com and we will get you all set up!

How do I ACCESS my account?

You can access your account HERE. You’ll be able to access on-demand, schedule livestream classes, manage your membership, connect with community, and so much more!

How often can I expect new content?

In general, new on-demand practices drop every Friday. Virtual livestream replays drop on Friday.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel or pause your membership purchased via the SolefulYin web app, please follow the instructions below:

Go to the web app (https://solefulyin.passion.io)
Sign in using your email and password
Click on your Account in the top right corner ( you will see your photo if you uploaded one)
Click on Settings
Click on Manage Your Plans under Subscription & Payments
Click on the subscription you would like to cancel
Click on Cancel Subscription

If you purchased your membership via App Store/Google Play Store, you can cancel your subscription by following the instructions below:

Tap Your Name on the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is canceled and won’t renew.)
