What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 7-day free trial ends, your card will automatically be charged $19.99 + tax CAD, and your monthly unlimited access Plan will begin. If you cancel your unlimited access plan before your 7-day free trial ends, you will not get charged. You will lose access to the platform after your 7-day free trial period.
How do I switch to a different plan?
If you’d like to switch from monthly to yearly All Access & save, please email hello@solefulyin.com and we will get you all set up!

Can I access my membership without downloading the app?
Yes! You can access all the SolefulYin Yoga App membership content through our web browser version. This is a great way to get a sneak peek at everything that is available in the app.
For the best experience (and extra features like offline sync downloads, reminders, tracking features, community support and smoother navigation), we always recommend using the app.
How often can I expect new content?
In general, new on-demand practices drop every Friday. Virtual livestream replays drop on Mondays. Yin Yoga series and programs drop each season.

Can I preview courses and series before I purchase?
Yes — you have two ways to explore:
• On our website → Visit our YIN YOGA SERIES page to read the full descriptions, details, and pricing.
• In the web browser version of the SolefulYin Yoga App → You’ll see the course or eBook title with a short one-line description. Think of this as a sneak peek of how everything looks inside the app.
Once purchased, your courses and eBooks unlock directly in the app for the best experience.

Because we prioritize your peace, you have full control. Cancel your membership effortlessly inside your account settings purchased via the SolefulYin web app.
Follow the instructions below:
Go to the web app (https://solefulyin.passion.io)
Sign in using your email and password
Click on your Account in the top right corner ( you will see your photo if you uploaded one)
Click on Settings
Click on Manage Your Plans under Subscription & Payments
Click on the subscription you would like to cancel
Click on Cancel Subscription
If you purchased your membership via App Store/Google Play Store, you can cancel your subscription by following the instructions below:
App Store
Open the Settings app.
Tap Your Name on the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is canceled and won’t renew.)
Google Play Store
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
