A nourished and quiet full body Yin Yoga practice that allows for deep breathing and restoration. Perfect for those times when you are stressed, exhausted and needing a reset. Grab 2 block and a blanket for the extended savasana.


UNSTUCK 60 MINUTE YIN YOGA PRACTICE

If you are feeling stuck in your body, mind and life, this Yin practice will bring you the space to feel open, decisive and confident. As we nourish the inner thighs and side body, we will balance the meridian channels of the Liver and Gallbladder. You will calm, composed and grounded after this practice.
